This report, produced by the Social and Economic Council in the Netherlands (SER), provides the thinking behind the Dutch Government's vision paper 'European Agricultural Policy 2020: The Dutch Outlook.'

This paper was published by the Dutch government to coincide with the discussions on the CAP post-2013 that took place at the informal council of EU farm ministers held in Annecy, France, between 21 and 23 September.
